1. Who we are
MyBodyMath ("we", "us", "the site") operates the website at mybodymath.com/wp/, publishing free fitness and nutrition calculators alongside educational articles. These terms took effect in September 2026 and apply to every visitor.
2. Informational use only
The site provides general information and estimating tools. It does not provide medical, nutritional, legal, or financial advice, and using it creates no professional relationship between you and us. Our medical disclaimer forms part of these terms and you should read it in full.
3. Acceptable use
You may use MyBodyMath for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- scrape, crawl, or systematically harvest the site’s content or calculators except as a standard search engine crawler operating within our robots.txt;
- republish substantial portions of our content as your own, or reproduce our calculators on another site;
- interfere with the site’s operation, security, or availability, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it;
- use the site in breach of any applicable law, or to mislead others about what our calculators can do;
- remove, obscure, or interfere with advertising or attribution.
You are welcome to quote us briefly with a link back, and to link to any page on the site.
4. Intellectual property
The text, design, code, logo, and reference tables on MyBodyMath are our property or used with permission, and are protected by copyright. The underlying scientific equations are published in the literature and belong to nobody; our implementations, explanations, and compilations are ours. You may not copy, adapt, or redistribute them without written permission.
5. Advertising and third-party services
The site is funded by display advertising and uses third-party services including advertising networks and privacy-respecting analytics. Those services may set cookies or use similar technologies as described in our privacy policy. Advertisements are served by third parties and their appearance on the site is not an endorsement. Any dealing you have with an advertiser is between you and them.
6. Accuracy and availability
We work hard to implement every formula correctly and to keep our content current, but we do not warrant that the site is error-free, complete, or continuously available. Content may become out of date, and we may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of the site at any time without notice. If you spot an error, please tell us — our editorial policy explains how corrections are handled.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
